Use this after eyebrow powder, pencil or liquid.
Step 1: Brush along the inner edges of your eyebrows to the outer edges.
Step 2: Apply from the inner to outer end, as if combing the hair in the direction it grows.
POINT: Apply two coats for even more intense color!
